Fulfillment Policy

1. Access to Digital Products and Services
Upon successful purchase of any digital product or service, clients will receive access through their registered email. This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital Content: Guides, video tutorials, workbooks, and other supplementary resources.

Community Support: Access to online communities or support groups, where applicable.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure client information is protected.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction and offer the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility: Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@jentherhn.com.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation: After the initial 7-day period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. However, clients will retain access to purchased digital content for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery of Digital Content
All digital content is delivered electronically. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to utilize the materials effectively.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital content, including but not limited to videos, guides, and supplementary materials, are the intellectual property of Jen the RHN. Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of content without explicit written consent from Jen the RHN is strictly prohibited.

7. Modifications to Digital Products and Services
Jen the RHN reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any digital product or service at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email.
