Hi! I'm Jen Vasey

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Top Metabolic Balance Coach in Canada. By pairing the science behind the Metabolic Balance program with my four pillars of health; nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management I am able to create a custom plan for you to achieve optimal body weight, hormonal balance, and sustainable lifestyle change.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • What results can I expect in terms of weight loss?
    On average you can expect to lose 5%-8% of your total body weight in the first 16 days and then 1%-2% per week thereafter until optimal body weight has been achieved.
  • Can I claim this through my benefits?
    Yes! It falls under either Nutritional Counselling or a Health Spending Account.
  • How soon can I get started?
    From the moment you get your labs done I will have your plan to review in roughly three business days and then you can start!
  • Do you work with vegans/vegetarians?
    Yes! While protein options become more limited I still have wonderful success working with those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.
  • Do you work with diabetics?
    I'm happy to say that I'm well versed when it comes to diabetes and support those who have been diagnosed with type 1 and type 2.
