What results can I expect in terms of weight loss?On average you can expect to lose 5%-8% of your total body weight in the first 16 days and then 1%-2% per week thereafter until optimal body weight has been achieved.

How soon can I get started?From the moment you get your labs done I will have your plan to review in roughly three business days and then you can start!
