I pair the science behind the Metabolic Balance program along with my four pillars of health to achieve optimal balance.
Together we will evaluate your starting point in each of these pillars and create a custom protocol specifically tailored to you and what’s realistic to integrate into your everyday life.
At your evaluation each of these pillars will be re-evaluated and this is where you can prepare to be amazed! My clients are shocked but also so proud at what they have accomplished in this short period of time. What’s great is it’s small habits that are more of a seamless effort that equate to big results.
Pillar 1
Nutrition
This is the pillar that my clients initially come to me for. The one that they’re struggling with and requires the most attention. This is where we will create your custom nutrition plan by completing an in-depth medical assessment and required blood values to determine what food choices are best going to support any imbalances or deficiencies you may have.
I will personally coach you page by page, step by step through your plan so you feel supported every step of the way. You will be provided with your personal plan, recipes, a getting-started guide, and more. There will be regular accountability check-ins and meetings to keep you on track.
Pillar 2
Exercise
Where you start is where we will gradually progress from. There is no need to jump into aggressive training to see results.
In fact we will focus on your nutrition plan solely for the first few weeks and then discuss what to gradually bring in for activity. Mobility is something that cannot be taken for granted and once you start to use it more and see what your body is capable of you will feel so so good!
Pillar 3
Sleep
This is far too often the pillar that goes overlooked for its importance. It is vital to our overall health. Adequate rest supports so many metabolic functions and is when our body detoxifies at the highest capacity. We will evaluate any sleep issues you may be experiencing including falling asleep, staying asleep, quality of sleep, length of sleep, and more. I have tried and true methods and gentle supplementation to support if needed. We will have you sleeping like a baby.
Pillar 4
Stress
We all have stress in our lives to some degree or another. This can be personal, family, work, financial, health etc… When the stress pillar is weighing heavily we will actually focus even more so on the other three pillars. When we dramatically improve how you’re fueling your body, hydration, movement and oxygen flowing through your bloodstream and sleep you will notice significant improvements with stress.
It’s not that stressful situations disappear but rather your mental clarity, energy, focus and attention to these matters significantly improves allowing you to combat these situations with ease feeling much less stress. We will discuss the importance of self-care and not pouring from an empty cup. You need to be your best self in order to be the best at all that you tackle each and every day.

I'm married with two busy kiddos and I run my business full-time. I have a big amazing supportive family and the greatest group of girlfriends a girl could ask for. Between the career that I love, kids' school, sporting events, meetings, social gatherings, and family get-togethers, I know how hard it can seem to find time to prioritize yourself. I also know how absolutely important it is. You can't be a sub-optimal version of yourself and be optimal at all the roles you play. If you're reading this right now, it's likely because your body is telling you something, that you need impactful change. You need a plan and I understand how important it is to have one that you can follow and that integrates into your lifestyle with ease. It has to be realistic and it has to offer balance.

It's time to start prioritizing yourself!
This 12 week program has been carefully designed to guide you seamlessly step by step on your total wellness transformation.
The prep course will give you everything you need to get started including filling out your medical history, personal likes and dislikes, completing your blood work and more. Our Nurse Practitioner on staff will provide you with your req form and you can get your labs done at any lab that's convenient for you.
Once your lab results are received, the day after labs are completed, it's time to generate your plan! An in depth profile will be sent to the medical team in Germany and there your personal plan will be created. This will be sent to you along with a guided video explaining your very own plan, a getting start guide, recipe books and more!
Now the 12 weeks begin! Once you pick your official start date we will remain closely connected. There's weekly accountability check-ins every week, weekly zoom rooms to attend for added support and unlimited text and email support. If you need a one-on-one meeting, we can book that in too!
Each week will build from the last, providing you with actionable steps to take on your wellness journey. Paired with your own personal nutrition plan, you're set up for optimal success with a program that has the highest global success rate. You deserve this. It's time to prioritize you so you can be the best version of yourself in all that you do.
